MANUFACTURING
All manufacturing processes take place within the company, guaranteeing flexibility, versatility and the ability to satisfy even the most demanding customers. Our know-how and mechanical production processes allow us to work thicknesses ranging between 3 tenths and 3 millimeters, offering up-to-date solutions with artisanal flair.
DIAMOND CUTTING
A mechanical manufacturing process that allows us to obtain shiny, bright and three-dimensional effects on any mold, to give an exclusive and elegant ‘allure’ to each creation.
STAMPING
The ability to create models for any mold allows us to offer a ‘made to order’ service, able to satisfy pretty much any customization request. For those who want to use previously made molds, we have a ‘historical’ archive, including more than 2000 different molds
PERFORATION
This is the process to achieve exclusive designs with a filigree effect. Drilling molds can be shaped or not. The results are unique pieces with an elegant and refined design.
CORRUGATION
The mechanical corrugation process, combined with the – almost exclusive – milling process, allows us to obtain ‘spheres’ with creative shapes and fine details.
HAMMERING – LAMINATION
The ‘micro’ or ‘macro’ hammering effect, thanks to our mechanical manufacturing process, is possible on any thickness and shape. The same can be said for lamination, which can have striped, scratched, padded and jacquard effects.
CUTTING
The cutting process is performed mechanically, allowing us to obtain pieces of various shapes, sizes and thickness, with a curved or flat finishing.
